    Usually enjoy ordering food from Del Frisco's via DoorDash. Have ordered the filet mignons and roasted chicken for the most part and have been generally satisfied with the quality and preparation. The filet mignons have usually been outstanding but the last couple of times I ordered them the chef over-seasoned the meat with pepper. As a result, I was not able to enjoy these filet mignons which are quite expensive. Word to the chef: not everyone likes pepper or heavily seasoned food. A little goes a long way. Hopefully, in the future the kitchen staff will be more sensitive to this issue. Other than that (and high prices), everything was good.

    Chris was absolutely outstanding! From the moment we sat down, he was friendly, funny, and genuinely made us feel welcome. He was attentive without hovering, answered all of our questions, and made great recommendations. His positive attitude and sense of humor made the entire experience even better. It’s rare to find someone who is both professional and personable, but Chris nailed it. If you have the chance, definitely ask for Chris—you won’t be disappointed. Thanks again for the excellent service!

    Went there a few nights ago and sat at the bar. The food was as expected but the service from the bartender, Scott was horrible. Any kind of request was met with sighs and hesitation. We’ve been to this location several times but this might be our last. He made us feel like we weren’t welcome for whatever reason. On top of the fact that he smelled like he just hot boxed in his car before clocking in.

    I was very disappointed with my experience. When we were seated, our table was dirty, and our chairs were not cleaned. We were also not offered table mats. Additionally, the crab cake I ordered arrived burnt. What made the experience even more concerning was that another family seated near us on the patio received noticeably different service. Their table and chairs were cleaned by a manager before they sat down, and they were offered place mats. Despite ordering only salads and lighter items, they appeared to receive much more attentive service than we did. As a customer, I expect all guests to be treated with the same level of care and attention. The stark difference in how our table was prepared and how we were served left me feeling overlooked and uncomfortable. Given that the other family was of a different race than ours, it is difficult not to question whether that played a role in the disparity we experienced. I hope management will review this situation and ensure that all customers receive the same standard of service regardless of race or background. This communicates your concerns firmly while focusing on the specific facts you witnessed.
