  I was shopping in the Westwood area and decided to order ahead using the app. If I had known how this location looked like, I would have never ordered food here. If the dining area looks this bad, I can only imagine how terrible the kitchen and back rooms look like. It makes me wonder about health, safety, cleanliness, mice, and everything else. The pictures really don’t capture how messy the place was, but I included a few. I really wanted to give this location a lower review, but the food ended up tasting good (but only God knows…🤦‍♀️), and the service was good as well. All four lemonade, and Agua Fresca dispensers were empty, and one of the employees went out of his way to make it right then in there so I could have the drink that I had to order in advance. I know places can get messy during rush-hour, but there were only two customers there. I really hope to see better reviews in the future. If I dare to give them a second chance, I will definitely stop by to take a look first.

  i never write reviews but ts was so bad that i had to omg. i walked in to a dirty dining room, and a long ass line. after waiting for 15 minutes i finally got up to the counter to get food. the lady who started making my bowl was very nice. as it gets down the line, the cashier (who was clearly in training! why was he left alone during a rush??) took several minutes to cash out each order and had to take 3 tries to cash someone out with a gift card, no one came to help him. then i get up to pay and do so, the screen says approved (i checked my bank later- i did pay and it was the correct amount) and another coworker comes over, taps some buttons, and asks me to pay AGAIN. i had to tell him i already paid before he just kinda went okay and walked away. horrible customer service, they left a trainee in a rush alone, gross dining room, and not only that but i got violently ill after eating that food would not recommend going if you enjoy having a nice lunch break or not being ill

  1 star for cleanliness. Every surface inside was dirty from the front door glass, to every table, to the glass at the food counter.

  This specific location is hardly a well-oiled machine. Observed what appears to be unhappy workers standing around not noticing that customers were starting to line up in need of service. Any operation manager will quickly see the deficiencies that are painfully abundant at this location. Poor listenings skills, little to no motivation, felt uncomfortable. That said, most locations are good. But this one is very much an outlier. It was painful to watch.
