The unhelpful and extremely unfriendly lady at the front just said yeah we don’t have that and continued to walk away to talk to someone else. I showed her the confirmation screen and said so like what about the charge on my card and this order confirmation is that not enough for you? She said nothing and then walked away to get someone else. I hope the next person wasn’t a manager because he was not any better. Just said they didn’t have the order even after I showed him the credit card charge and the order. I asked okay so is there any solution to this like can you make my food or refund me? He just said call the number on the app. Never returning and the whole location should be wiped by chipotle as they are not at all what chipotle claims they are.
