Not the first time this has happened. Not sure if I'm going back to this location.

On several occasions, the employee has spoken to me in a disrespectful manner, raised his voice at me, and told me not to speak to him when I was simply trying to pick up an order. There have also been times when my order appeared ready but was held back unnecessarily. These repeated interactions have made me feel uncomfortable, unwelcome, and stressed while doing my job. I believe all customers and delivery drivers should be treated with professionalism and respect. I hope management reviews this situation and takes appropriate action.
