  For the past month or two this place has been going down hill fast! 23 minutes in a drive through line, in off peak time is crazy, and to get attitude like your business is bothering them is outrageous! Do yourself a favor and go up the street to 1510 brayton, it's 4 mins up the street but the order is always correct, they burn through the drive through line, and no attitude!

  Went to Dunkin to get a singular basic refresher. In line for about 25 minutes total. 15 of it was waiting, I get to the speaker another 5 minutes. I order, another 5 minute wait. Get to the window and they don't even know what I ordered what a joke... did not know Dunkin was now gourmet and takes precious time...

  Coffee is burnt 8/10 times even the cold brew and iced coffee.

  My wife and I visit the Dunkin in Westport daily. We love the girls there especially Heather she is always so friendly and makes us feel welcomed she also makes a perfect coffee Thank you
