  The slowest McD’s I’ve ever been to. No drive thru, and it was a 20 min wait for our food 😐

  My 4-year-old and I waited for 1 hour to pick up French fries and 4-piece chicken nuggets. We do curbside pickup and type number 4. The app said it went through. Everything looks good! So We were waiting and waiting….No one cared about us. We kept being patient, waiting and waiting. After the clock hit 1 hour, we went to ask them and showed our receipt. The staff didn’t even have our order. I double-checked the receipt, and it was the correct location. Meanwhile, my baby kept crying and asking why it was taking so long.

  Worst order experience ever. Placed a mobile order at 4:03 pm on 5/4 for my kids, waited 20 mins still nothing, left because it would have been easier to get food at an actual restaurant. What's the point of calling it fast food if it's not fast. Won't be coming back for a while.

  Awesome experience! The burgers were fresh and juicy, and the staff was super friendly and efficient. Can't wait to come back for more!

  Just ordered 2 for $5 special and they said that it was not available! It Was Clearly Advertised On Their Sign!!!!!! I asked for a manager multiple times and was denied. I can’t believe they refused to honor what was clearly advertised!!!! Absolutely horrible customer service!!! Finally after refusing to pay $12, a manager came and rang it in at $5. I’m a regular customer who will no longer go there and I’ll definitely let everyone that I know about the bait and switch prices at this location. By the way: I very rarely post reviews. As a business owner, I’m shocked at what just happened!!!!
