  Bought several melons this morning, thinking that Stop and Shop is known for excellent produce. Each and every melon is terrible. If it were just one, I get it, not a big deal. But it was all of them and I'm pretty horrified. Huge waste of money. Will never ever ever shop here again. Would rate the store a zero if that was an option.

  BEWARE DELIVERY DRIVERS: I accepted a pickup that was listed as 9 bags of groceries. Upon arrival, the order actually consisted of 8 cases of 24-pack water, 9 cases of 12-pack soda, 2 grocery bags, and 1 box of chips. Based on the quantity and weight, this should have been listed as approximately 20 items rather than grouped together as “bags.” Store staff stated that the count is based on the labels attached to the order. As shown in the attached photos, multiple heavy items were labeled together (for example, “x8”), which reduced the displayed item count. This is not an isolated issue and has occurred multiple times at this location. Other pickup locations process and label comparable orders more accurately.
