A flour tortilla with a doubled dredged and fried mozzarella plank, over shaved salami, smothered in Shine infused marinara sauce. Topped with sauteed jalapeno.

West Coast IPA - 7.5% - 16oz Single hop West Coast style IPA featuring Nelson Sauvin.

Imperial Stout ⠂ 8.7% ⠂ 12oz. Imperial Stout conditioned on toasted coconut and cocoa nibs. Super decadent, this is like a liquid Mounds bar. Served at 52F.

Dessert Style Sour Ale ⠂ 5.2% ⠂ 14oz. Recklessly brewed with way too much sour cherry candy and conditioned on cocoa nibs, this “beer” is INTENSE. Massively flavorful sour cherry candy upfront with a downright sexy chocolate finish.

IPA - 6.8%- 16oz. Brewed and dry hopped with Yakima Chief Hops Cryo Pop blend. Super aromatic with a wide array of flavors that really open up as the beer warms. This is our first new rotational IPA in 3 years. Dig it!

Barrel Aged Imperial Stout/Barleywine Blend-11.6%-12oz Blend of Imperial Stout brewed in April of 2022 and aged in a Woodford Reserve Double Oak barrel for 2.5 years and Barleywine brewed in August of 2022 and aged in a Bakers Bourbon Barrel for 1.5 years. An incredibly complex blend that we're thrilled to share with you. Served at 52F.

Sour Blonde Ale ⠂ 4.7% ⠂ 14oz. Conditioned on hundreds of pounds of locally sourced black currants and hand processed vanilla beans for a tart, jammy blast up front and a smooth vanilla finish.

Saison - 4.3% - 14oz. Brewed with freshly cracked grains of paradise and sweet orange peel, lightly dry hopped with Lotus hops and conditioned on a touch of orange zest. Light and refreshing while maintaining a high level of complexity. Almost like a Witbier but with a little extra flair.

Session IPA-5%-16oz Dawg Haze of Summer is the perfect beer to enjoy after a big win on a hot summer's day. It features a lighter body and unique hop blend to create a beer with exceptional drinkability without sacrificing flavor.

Pale Ale - 5.5% - 16oz. Brewed and dry hopped with a blend of Citra and Talus, this hoppy Pale Ale hits well above its weight class. Big flavors and aromas of orange, grapefruit, melon and pineapple with a surprising level of balance.

Dessert Style Sour Ale ⠂ 5.2% ⠂ 14oz. Recklessly brewed with way too much strawberry candy and conditioned on cocoa nibs. Massively flavorful strawberry candy upfront with a downright sexy chocolate finish.

IPA ⠂ 7.2% ⠂ 16oz. Single hop IPA featuring Citra. Big, citrusy aroma with notes of orange zest, melon, pithy orange juice and a touch of dank.

Made in collaboration with our friends in Paradise Slaves, brewed with Grains of Paradise.

Barrel Aged Barleywine Blend, 14.3% (500ml/16.9 oz. Bottle) Old Money 2023 is a blend of Barleywine brewed in November of 2021. In December of 2021 it was transferred to several Willet Bourbon Barrels where it matured and developed. After nearly two years the barrels were sampled and blended to achieve our ideal expression of Barrel Aged Barleywine.
