  It's sad that I live in springfield, mass, and I come all the way to westfield mass to dunkin'.Donuts the two girls.There are so polite and kind[Jayliani and Giselle] they remember your order? And they just greet you with a smile. They welcome you there.So thank you for all you do.And for working hard

  This is one of my favorite Dunkin’ Donuts. I really enjoy the store, because they are open 24 seven. For folks like me who work the night shift, it always makes the shift a little bit easier. Staff is always friendly. Sometimes I wish Duncan had more options like they did 10 years ago. But we will take what we can get.”!

  I was driving to this Dunkin. I put an order in my app. It said it was about a mile away, which was true however there’s so many freaking Duncan. It must’ve been a Duncan that was the opposite direction behind me. So when I get to the Dunkin, they’re like we don’t have your order. I give them the address of my order place and apparently it was eight minutes back from the way I came. I’m pregnant With a headache and I figured a tea would help that and I have my one and a half year-old with me who’s crying in the car. Really wasn’t having a good day. And good customer service would be like let me see your order to see what I can do. She just says I can’t just give you a free drink. I said ma’am, it’s a tea. It’s a water with a teabag. They gave me a hard time. If you’re that, so stuck up over a freaking water with a teabag like figure it out, Just made my day even better

  I’ve been to this location multiple times, they never make my drink correctly which is funny because it’s a simple cookie butter cold latte they advertise! They’re too lazy to add my cold foam no cookies and when you say something they gaslight you into saying it’s the same thing.. but it isn’t the same thing look at the damn photos or the drink them look at the ice coffee you gave me 😠
