  Very disappointing experience at Mitti Chulha, Framingham. The restaurant looked decent from outside, but the food quality and overall experience did not match expectations at all. The naan was especially disappointing it honestly felt like frozen naan bought from a nearby Indian grocery store and reheated in a microwave before serving. When I politely asked the manager about the quality of the naan, the response was basically, “This is how we serve it here, if you want you can have it,” which felt rude and dismissive instead of trying to understand the concern. The washrooms were also not clean and needed proper maintenance. Overall, the food did not feel fresh or authentic, and the customer service made the experience worse. Think twice before visiting.

  We visited this restaurant because of its high ratings, but unfortunately our experience was disappointing. The hospitality was not welcoming, and the service did not meet expectations. The food quality and taste were also not as good as we hoped. Overall, it did not feel worth it.

  Worst food ever, the aaloo chat smells oily, the noodles is like poni baath(seasoned left over rice) Would not recommend to anyone. Idly was like frozen. Please stay away from this restaurant

  Mitthi Chula is a standout gem in Westborough for anyone craving authentic Indian flavors. The atmosphere is cozy and unpretentious, making it the perfect spot for a relaxed, high-quality meals. Between the generous portions and the aromatic Masala Tea, it’s easily one of the best spots in the area for comfort food. A must-visit for foodies seeking true traditional taste!

  I ordered one chicken dum biryani and mutton biryani. Mutton biryani was okay with proper amount of rice and pieces but the chicken biryani was not at all good as it was having only pieces no rice at all. How can someone eat only pieces with no rice.
