While ordering, my daughter was still deciding if she wanted garlic naan, and the order taker responded in a rude and impatient way, saying, “Why don’t you give the order together?” in a tone that felt disrespectful and unwelcoming. We understand restaurants can be busy on Mother’s Day, but customers should still be treated with patience and courtesy, especially families with children. The food was okay, but the attitude from the staff made the dinner uncomfortable and affected our overall experience. I hope management works on improving customer service and communication with guests.
