The food always made to perfection and the drinks were even better. I would place my order and I would always get to the Dunkin with my order already prepped. If any employees are reading this, shoutout to you guys, thank you!

There are like 5 girls standing around talking or looking at their phones & 1 guy totally in the weeds trying to fulfill all the orders (there had to have been like 15 tickets being filledwith more on the printer). No one would acknowledge me, so I had to interrupt their conversation. I guess they prefer to have you order online or use the kiosk. Noted for next time, but I don't think there will be a next time for me at this location. There are SOOO many other Dunks; there's no need for me to ever return.

I hadn’t been to Dunkin’ in a while, so I took less than a minute to look at the newer drink options. I asked the employee a question about one of the drinks, and while the response felt somewhat informal, I didn’t think much of it. A moment later, as I was about to ask for a recommendation, I was interrupted by an “Oh my God” said in a tone that sounded frustrated or impatient. Since this was the second interaction that felt unprofessional, I politely asked, “Sorry, are you in a rush?” The employee responded, “Are you going to get this drink, yes or no?” in what I felt was a very abrasive manner. I don’t believe this reflects the standard of service that all of your employees provide, but I do think this particular employee may benefit from additional customer service training. At that point, I decided to end the interaction, said, “You know what, it’s all good, thank you,” and left without placing an order. The experience was frustrating enough that I will likely avoid this location for the foreseeable future. I hope this feedback is helpful and that the customer service experience at this location can improve moving forward.
