- JDJimmy Dwobeng3 days ago1.0This is probably the worst service I’ve ever received. I went to the drive thru to order like normal. I was looking at the menu so i told the lady to ‘give me a second’. She repeated again ‘how may i help you’, again i told her to give me a second. She repeated the same thing again, with a slightly louder tone this time, ‘I said please give me a second’. Finally , when i knew what i wanted to order, i said i’m ready to order now but no one responded. Repeated this numerous time no one answered. At this point i’ve waited to hear a response back ~5mins now and there’s cars pilling up behind me so i decided to just go inside and order. When i went inside, i asked her if she could hear me on the drivethru , she said yes, however i was ‘being rude’ that’s why she didn’t respond. I was confused so i asked her what was it that i said that made her feel this way, she made some excuse saying ‘is hard to hear from my headset’?? I knew she was lying because i saw the car that was behind me get their order right away. I told her not only was i having a bad day already but she had made it significantly worse. After ordering, she said something in spanish to her coworker. At that point, i didn’t feel comfortable but i had already paid i decided to proceed with it. Not on did they INTENTIONALLY get the order wrong, i bit into my sandwich and felt parchment paper inside the sandwich (picture attached). I wanted to go back there but i was afraid what i’d do or say if i went back. Please don’t order at this place, because if they feel some way about you, ain’t no telling what they’ll do to your food. The thing is i felt they were going to do something to the food. NEVER in my life have I had this experience. If there’s other ways to escalate this, i’ll gladly do that.
