I witnessed serious cross-contamination, including vegetarian food being contaminated with steak and chicken. This goes beyond an incorrect order and raises major concerns about basic food-safety and hygiene practices. The staff were rude, dismissive, and seemingly not trained to handle hygiene or cross-contamination concerns. Even after we complained, they were unapologetic and laughed instead of taking the issue seriously. The manager appeared very inexperienced and unable to appropriately handle a serious food-safety complaint. Based on my experience, the management and staff need substantial food-safety, hygiene, and customer-service training. I have no confidence in this location’s cross-contamination controls or hygiene standards and would strongly recommend avoiding eating here until these issues are properly addressed. I would rate a negative star if I could. This store does not deserve a rating and should be seriously inspected by food and drug safety administration.

I asked about a type of chicken that looked good, and without asking me, the gave me a sample. That was nice! It was the chipotle chicken and it was really good! I ended up with a bowl which included rice, beans, chicken, corn salads, pico de gallo, cheese, and I added guacamole. I also got the berry agua fresca, too bad they didn’t have any ice so it was room temp. The bowl was a pretty good portion, flavorful, and super convenient as I didn’t have much time.
