- RSRylan ScottAug 9, 20261.0Ordered 2 burgers ahead of time with 2 shakes. When I arrived 1 burger was made and sitting on the table, while the other burgers patties still cooked on the flattop. I gave my name, waited for my shakes, still watched my burger sitting open on the table while the other one cooked. After more waiting I asked them to swap my first burger that was already made with fresh patties so that both burgers were from the same “round” on the grill. The female employee was very kind and said yes and told the 2 men on the grill to do so. Their response was no, “it’s all fresh” and “it’s on a heated table”. I told them I’ll be leaving a review and contacting management. I never complained that it wasn’t fresh or even cold, I wanted all of my burgers from the same round of cooking. Considering that I’m a REGULAR who is KNOWN by the staff those 2 men on grill should be embarrassed and disgusted as well as fired.

Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
