  They don't even deserve one star, I was waiting 20ms just so I can get my single order, which was a donut and it wasn't busy, they went to the back and completely forgot about my order, and the audacity of then asking "oh you still waiting for your donut " like they could have given it to me the second the cash me out very simple, I worked for dunkin before and I would never leave a customer waiting for that long that's disrespectful and unprofessional.

  You guys lucky I can’t give negative stars cause you guys truly suck. Had to repeat my order at least 10 times even tho it’s on you guys screen and somehow still mess it up. Do you even need a diploma to work there or they just hire anyone

  This place sucks. I waited 10 mins for one one to take me order. I left, the bathroom was super dirty too… go to a different Dunkin.

  It’s my first time at this Dunkin’ and it didn’t seem particularly busy, but the service was surprisingly slow. I even started wondering if I had placed my mobile order at the wrong location. I’m still here waiting on a very simple order, while cars in the drive-thru keep coming and going. Definitely not the best experience. I hope next time will change my impression of this location.

  I would give this Dunkin 0 stars if i could. Staff is so slow and rude. Also had to repeat myself bunch of times when ordering to the lady Cause she can’t hear anything. The coffee they made tasted like dirty mop water and the smell was horrible. And if they don’t get your order right, they’re going to argue with you like its your fault. I don’t know where they find workers Like that, but it’s like all of them are from the same place
