  Discovered this restaurant while staying in West Springfield. Our daughter attends Umass Amherst and we were there the day before picking her up. This is our fourth visit. Service is always good and the food is good as well. Nice atmosphere and a wide variety of good options.

  Excellent service and a wonderful experience overall! The staff was extremely professional, friendly, and attentive. The servers were especially polite, welcoming, and worked very quickly while still maintaining high quality service. Everything was clean, organized, and handled with care. You can really tell that the team values customer satisfaction. Highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely come back again!

  Love this place for its food had visited with my mom and had very slow service where servers were on their phone talking and had friends coming in and out to hang out with. Had ordered food to wait half an hour that server later said she never put in. Will come back only for quality of food but very disappointed on slow unattentive service on a slow Saturday night

  Always an incredible experience here. The food is out of this world and always fresh! Our server Deny was fantastic - attentive, friendly, and had great suggestions. One of my favorite spots to get together. It's always relaxing at the tea house!

  Ordered cold beet soup that comes with a side of mashed potatoes, and beef pelmeni (dumplings) with added mushrooms and onions. Soup was too salty to eat; mashed potatoes were fine. Mushrooms and onions were, on the other hand, completely unseasoned. Also, the dumplings were pretty much pouches of tasteless dough with the smallest amount of meat inside i have ever seen (size of a pea?). I did compile an acceptable meal though: poked the tiny "meatballs" out of the dumplings, and mixed them with mashed potatoes and mushrooms'n'onions. Service, entourage, cleanliness and coffee were fine. Last time I was there, I liked the food; will give them another chance next time I am in the area.
