Barry Parker started his career in the restaurant business as a retired Westfield, MA firefighter.
"I didn't really retire," he said, "I’m just in between careers."
Even long before he retired, he had a vision for a 1950’s style restaurant focusing on Fresh hand pressed burgers, Fresh hand-cut fries and Homemade ice cream. We are a quick service restaurant you order at the counter and we’ll bring the food right out to you.
Classic Burgers theme is retro 1950’s, classic music playing , and booths made from actual classic cars. Several of them (2) 57’ Chevy Belair’s, 55’ Chevy Belair,
59’ Chevy Impala, 56’ Buick Super 88 and several old Coke ice-chest-style coolers as seats.
