  Great experience from start to finish! The atmosphere was welcoming, the staff were friendly and attentive, and everything was well done. A wonderful place with a relaxed vibe and quality service.

  Rencently decided I wanted to try iced coffee and decided to go with the 7brew. Upon arrival I was greeted by Mimi! I didn’t know exactly what I wanted but I knew what flavors I was aiming for and she knew exactly what to offer (I know amazing right!) I ended up going with a blondie! It was exactly what I was aiming for. Huge thank you to Mimi for being such an amazing staff member at the the brew.

  Tried it for the first time and will not be returning. The Person taking my order told me they didn’t have liquid sweeter that wasn’t flavored, then the person handing me the drink said they did. Didn’t matter anyway because no sweeter was put in my drink. I had to send the first one back because it was all milk when I asked for a splash of it. I could see the person making it get mad when it came back to them. The replacement drink I had was still full of milk. I decided to cut my losses and take it and go Only to find there was no sweetener in the second drink at all. The music they play is a fun touch, but it was so loud. Everybody was just yelling over the music to each other and I think that’s what caused part of the problem in communication.

  Haven’t been to a 7brew since relocating from Tx to MA and Carly In Springfield, MA was so helpful. I was absolutely clueless on the drink I ordered previously and instead of waiting for me to place an order she asked if I remember anything from it and made suggestions to help jog my memory. (This is a custom order) She actually got my entire order correct from the caramel drizzle to the flavor of coffee is amazing! Carly’s service 10/10!

  Amazing staff and beverages every single visit (and I come here a lot lol) . Staff named John M provided efficient friendly customer service at today’s visit , so has Tiana Nicole at several other ones . Nothing but great things to say about the staff as a whole though, honestly you’d think they were all trained by Chic-Fil-A because the way they attend to every customer you can tell it’s truly “their pleasure!” to do so ! I’ve never seen such a happy crew that seems to have so much fun at work. Definitely check this place out ! 5 stars, 10/10 -have definitely recommended to quite a few friends !
