  I placed an order for pickup on Wednesday during normal business hours via the platform....when I arrived the restaurant was closed and I waited for 20 minutes to no avail. I've contacted the business several times via phone and email....I haven't received a response....

  I was disappointed to see foie gras on the menu. Foie gras is traditionally produced by force-feeding ducks or geese to enlarge their livers, a practice that raises serious animal-welfare concerns. Whatever the culinary tradition behind it, I don’t think unnecessary animal suffering should be treated as a luxury dining experience. Restaurants have plenty of ways to create excellent food without supporting this practice. Serving foie gras is enough to make me choose somewhere else, and I hope the restaurant considers removing it from the menu.

  One of the few restaurants in Boston that serves Foie Gras. Production is banned in the U.K., Ireland, Australia etc. because birds are force fed until their livers enlarge 6-10 times their normal size, causing organ failure and difficulty breathing. Hoping Blue Salt removes the cruel product so we can support them.

  Love that place ! We are so lucky to get a restaurant in Newton of such caliber ! Upscale cuisine with European fusion and unique dishes by a highly skilled Master Chef Igor. His creations are timeless. The food is a very high quality, super tasty and flavorful. Perfection in every bite. Portions are more than a fair size.
