- COColleen Oak1 day ago2.0I don't know who is the opener for this place, there is absolutely no excuse to PRECOOK orders so far ahead of time that by the time you hand them out, it's cold. I ordered 2 snacking maple bacons, and 3 hash browns, and an apple drink with NO cold foam. Everything was wrong! There was no wait in line.. cool! hmm curious how they cook so fast?? The bacon, was actually freaking COLD, and it wasn't even the right flavor. The hash browns were also old enough that they were soggy. You had enough girls in there to cover the morning rush, it's ok to wait a minute for HOT food! You also tried to hand me a drink filled with cold foam, like everything was premade and you're trying to get rid of it. Im going to drive out of my way to a different dunks now because this one can't follow instructions. They're more about numbers than serving it with quality, because you guys get something in my order wrong almost every single time in the morning.

We ordered food, door dash says no drivers, we switch to pick up, then when we get there with the full receipt they just deny our food and give us attitude. By far the worst dunkins morning shift ive ever seen.

I waited at a table for about 10 minutes and went up to ask how much longer on my bagel, and another girl said in a snotty tone “I already made the bagel it’s been sitting over there.” Rolling her eyes. I can’t stress enough how disrespectful this staff was. The bagel was also cold and dry and honestly tasted terrible.
- DODebra ObinnaJan 1, 20195.0I just stopped here quickly a few times for my ride out to Amherst or coming back. The store was kept clean and the cashiers very sweet and friendly. You can go out of your way for the kindness of the cashiers here, it's so worth it when your adrenaline is on high speed and you don't need attitude.
