  There is a very serious problem here with the Latina employees who are intentionally hostile towards white customers. The Manager tells me this is a company-wide problem that he is unable to do anything about. But what angers me most is that after being mistreated ferociously this morning at 6:30am, he wouldn't offer any acceptable response to my complaint. Instead, he told me not to come back. This is incorrect as a way to handle the justified shock I felt at the way I was treated by the female taking my order. Understand this: You are a guest here until you can treat the people who were born here with respect. Dunkin Donuts has become a lousy company since its buyout. There's no customer service anywhere. So yes -- I will go elsewhere for my coffee.

  I got a chai tea latte with oatmilk here. It was the only thing I ate or drank before noon and had food poisoning. It seems hard to get food poisoning at a coffee place, but it looks like one other reviewer thinks they got food poisoning here too. The cashier didn't know what soy milk or oat milk was, so maybe those items aren't used often and had gone bad.

  are we no longer training dunkin employees? every time I order a latte recently I get a coffee.
