- MCMatt Cooper5 days ago1.0Earlier today, I stopped to pick up a coffee and witnessed something very unprofessional. A woman was carrying several boxes by herself that looked quite heavy, while a man and another woman stood nearby talking and laughing. I cant understand how a man can just watch a woman carry heavy boxes without offering to help. It was honestly disgusting to see.

The employees, including the managers, displayed a shocking level of rudeness and disrespect. It felt as though they were being forced to work there, as their attitudes were unwelcoming and dismissive. Many of the employees spoke Portuguese or Brazilian, and it appeared they were making negative comments about customers, assuming we wouldn’t understand their language. This behavior is completely unacceptable. Instead of providing a positive experience, they made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. When I ordered my food, it was not prepared as I requested. Instead of acknowledging my preferences, the staff acted as if they were right and I was wrong. The managers were particularly sassy, adding to the negative atmosphere. I strongly recommend that the management at this location retrain all employees and leadership on customer service and respect. Everyone deserves to be treated well, and this experience was far from
