- NLNathaina LouisSep 30, 20261.0I came early morning, ordered a LARGE CHAI LATTE. She gave an iced coffee, I came back , told them it was an iced coffee not a chai latte. She took the cup, no excuses for her mistake, no sorry. She gave me the chai latte. When I tasted it was a milk with a splash of chai. Please do your work right and if you made a mistake say sorry, we are all human. But when you're giving attitude that is something else!

She did not know the menu or the buttons in the computer, which is not her fault because she was clearly not being trained at all. There was someone that came to help her every 5ish minutes. The manager Victoria was very unpleasant, yelling across the store at the team multiple times while we were there. They were not helping the multiple trainees that were on shift. They were very negative and clearly making their staff uncomfortable and putting them in a bad mood. I think it may be time to start looking for a new manager.
