  I'm horrified right now and sick to my stomach!! This mess is 5.64lbs of Stop n Shop chicken thighs. The mess in my sink weighed 2.4lbs on my kitchen scale!! On top of that they were full of feathers i plucked off of them! OH NO, this is not the first time either! It's like garbage and it took 40 minutes to clean them so they are edible!! WHAT IN THE ABSOLUTE HOLY HELL ARE YOU PEOPLE DOING OVER THERE!? DO YOU HAVE ANY KIND OF QUALITY CONTROL OVER THERE BECAUSE I CAN SEE THERE ISN'T ANY HERE! DON'T BE SURPRISED IF I COME TROTTING IN THERE WITH A BAG OF THIS FOR YOU! I can tell you NEVER AGAIN!

  First time making a delivery at the Wayland Mass store and there was a mixup, before I even knew it, this Store had contacted me, I spoke to a woman Charlene. She was absolutely awesome made my day. She was professional, courteous, and caring, she got right to the root of the problem and fixed it, she had communicated with me on the phone a few times it gave me a real sense of professionalism and I could notice nothing but kindness, she really made my day, I just hope the management above her notices her worth ethics into a kindness because this should not go unnoticed.   Horrible experience at checkout with Jane. She showed zero willingness to help when my gift card wouldn't scan, essentially telling me to figure it out myself because she didn't want to spend time on it. Her attitude was incredibly disrespectful and lazy. I expect much better customer service from this location; Jane clearly does not want to be there.
