  I know we ordered food late and everything but no need to be rude and ignorant. I asked the guy that worked there saying “ hey what time do u guys close? And he said “ I don’t work here” I’m like that’s why he was cleaning dishes and putting stuff away. What a way to treat a repeating a customer

  Ordered delivery from here tonight, absolutely ridiculous!! Horrible service!!! I ordered the 5-cheese Mac and cheese. I ordered it at 8:49PM. When I got the order, it was chicken Alfredo, not Mac and cheese. I called the store back to tell them that my order is wrong. The person answering the phone said he could send a new order to my house, or give me a refund. It has now been a little over an hour and I never got the Mac and cheese!!! I called back to ask where the order was, and he “totally forgot about it”. Seriously???? He better not “forget”to give me my refund he says I’d get!!!!

  I can’t believe the employees make the pizzas with no gloves on but with cuts all over their hands!! I had a coupon and it wasn’t working so the employee who was in the middle of putting toppings on the pizza came over and held my phone then went back to making the pizza! They touch the money/register and don’t wash their hands. I will never come back here or to any dominos after seeing that. I hope you give me a refund because there’s no manager on duty. Stay away unless you want to get sick

  I pre-ordered pizza for the Super Bowl. I arrived to pick up my order only to be lied to and told it would be out in 10 minutes. It took another 40 minutes and I sat and watched countless delivery orders take precedence over my pickup order. My assumption was this was due to the employees making tips from these orders. I had also ordered takeout from BJ;s brewery down the street, which was made on time, unlike dominos, but due to dominos delay it caused our chicken to get cold. I filed a complaint, which dominos never followed up in regard to. I will NEVER return to this place as their lack of response shows their arrogance and lack of appreciation for customers. Pizza Hut Natick treated customers this exact way and guess what they went out of business.
