- AAAlex5 days ago1.0I came in with my electric 1 wheel, was immediately told to leave unless I put it outside. I asked to place it in the corner of the store while I ordered and they refused. Extremely rude, horrible service. Only time Ive ever been treated this way. Dunkin needs to review who they hire, their policies, or both

I accidentally mobile ordered to a different location, but the employees were super helpful and efficient in helping to figure out the problem. I reordered my iced latte, and it turned out perfectly! The location itself is very clean, and every employee I interacted with was very sweet. I recommend!!

No customer should ever be treated that way, regardless of the situation. I was shocked and very upset by how the situation was handled. I hope management takes this incident seriously, reviews what happened, and provides the appropriate training or disciplinary action to ensure no one else has to experience this kind of behavior.

We ordered around 5 coffees, and she made them super fast while staying kind, patient, and friendly the whole time. You could tell she was working really hard, and she still gave amazing customer service. Employees like Sintayehu deserve recognition!
