  Ordered a Bacon Double quarter pounder with cheese and was of course instructed to pull forward and wait, whatever. Then the lady brings me out my order, looks at the receipt and says they'd forgot the bacon. She brings it back in and I assumed she put bacon on it. When I got home there was no bacon. She brought it back in, pretended to put bacon on it, then brought it back out. Sad.

  This place is a joke. No customer service, no sense of urgency. They'll have you waiting in the parking lot for 15 minutes for a hamburger. Meanwhile, you can watch the guy running the window scrolling on his phone. And after all that you'll get your food and it will be cold or it will be inaccurate. But hey, at least they remembered to up charged me for that extra sauce. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!

  They need to fry their French fries 🍟 a little longer, i don't why but im always getting a little raw fries

  One of the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to in New England, Chicopee Holyoke and Springfield coming close. Food quality is horrible nuggets and fries are hard and stale and they’re out of the ingredients for a sandwich they parked us and left us waiting, the drinks were watered down hi Cs.

  Just drive the 15 minutes to either location outside of town. You'll see what it is to get the food hot. For a couple that absolutely nickels and dimes for sauce cups, cheese, etc. It would be great to actually get what you're paying extra for. The cherry on top is the awful attitude you get for going there to get food at all.
