- ETEmily Taylor3 days ago1.0We waited at the drive thru speaker for well over 15 minutes after waiting well over 10 minutes in line to order our coffees and breakfast. My two year old was crying in the back because she wanted munchkins, while they had only two people at the window waiting for an order. No one said I apologize for the wait or anything. All they said to us was they are extremely backed up with an attitude. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE! This is the worst service I have ever had at a dunkin donuts. There were two employees smoking and chit chatting in the back of the building while this was happening. This is crazy. This dunkin needs new management, better training, or both. We had to leave and go to a different dunkin out of our way to receive our food. We never got served. Love that this dunkin doesn't care about their customers. Lucky they are a dunkin and are able to keep in business with how they treat people.

- SSSDMay 24, 20262.0This place has really gone down hill… drive through for the past 3ish months takes 30 mins.. the line is 15 cars deep and doesn’t move for 5+ minutes at a time. You get to the window and they forget your items, so as your waiting for them you can see the employees standing around looking confused for 5+ mins until they finally come back and ask what you’re waiting for..
