- BCBen CardozaJun 14, 20261.0Judging by the other reviews I am right in assuming that I wasn't the only one who had a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I wanted to grab a quick pizza after 10 pm and they were the only ones still open. I called them and was on hold for like 15 minutes with no answer in sight! I live 5 minutes from there so I drove there WHILE on Hold! I went in and guess what????? They were OPEN! I asked (just to be clear) if they were open and they said yes! I asked them why they weren't answering the phones and they said that they didn't miss any calls and that it wasn't ringing. I held up my phone to show that I was STILL on hold waiting ( they have an AI system that answers the phone when you first call and then puts you on hold for one the GREAT workers that they have to pick up. He checked the number I dialed and realized that it was the CORRECT number. He said I don't know man.....and then gave ma half ass apology over it, but I could tell he could CARE LESS! I asked if there was some kind of discount I could get for being on hold and actually having to drive to this place because they don't answer....He said No, there's NOTHING he could do! I asked if there was a manager and he said NO! I'm wondering how they (a corporate company) would have NO Managers on 🤔!So I told him that ide be giving them a bad review and he said GO AHEAD, WRIYE THE WORST ONE THAT YOU CAN!So hereeeeeeeeeeee I am! When I was leaving I saw a delivery driver pulling up and asked him about the phone situation and he said that their MANAGER told them earlier that day that they were having problems with the phone being down! Sooooooo THEY KNEW! So plz , anyone in the Ware area, DONT EVER ORDER FROM THEM! Read mine and other reviews, and then call NIKOS instead!

To get in touch with staff absolutely impossible. Compensation? Basically nothing. And I still have to full price. Save yourself the stress - don’t bother with delivery. Pick up (if you are desperate) . Do yourself a favor go to the big y; pizza is much cheaper and better quality.
