Particularly with the male representative/manager(?) working the Customer Service desk this evening. I waited patiently for his attention as he responded angrily and loudly to a customer on speaker phone, telling her things like “that sounds like a you problem!” When I finally got his attention to do my (first ever) return, he quickly remarked “we dont even have that!” Even though the item is still in stock only a few aisles down. He then refused to exchange the item or provide a refund because i did not have a receipt. I understand there are rules in place but the attitude and anger about this request was unwarranted.

I then found yogurts that epired in March 2026, and we are in late May. A week before I found a cream that expired in February and I assumed it was a one off, but this week was eye opening Finally, but not least, I bought garlic to use for dinner, and it was filled with mold when I got home and opened it up. This place is not being taken care of.

As I was trying to leave star market yesterday, a man was trying to enter the exit as I was leaving in rammed me with his car and refused to let me leave. He then accused me that my dog is not a service animal then I showed him identification, even though I don’t have to he then proceeded to call me a retard and mentally challenged, and a lot of other things threatened to assault me again And refused to let me leave the store employee stood there the whole time I was trapped, and I felt very scared Anxious and I am sick of being discriminated against
