  Was not too happy with the service because when I got it I ask the lady can I used the bathroom and she say costumer only and I say I will be eating but just need to use the bathroom first and she say no so I order my food and then she let me use it 5 minutes after a costumer came and ask for the bathroom and she say go ahead with out any questions I fell very uncomfortable with that.

  Sometimes I go to McDonald's to contemplate about life. With all the hustle and bustle that we live thru in these times, going into a mcdonalds really just makes you think deeply. The constant yelling, the machines beeping, the out of order ice-cream. I take it all in, it has the propensity to make you go insane at times. Just the other day I saw a homeless man yelling and asking for a free water cup, I thought to myself "could this be my life?" But life has a way to keep you in line, and I think one of those things is McDonald's.

  drive-thru person taking my order was very short, blunt, and rude with me and other people in line. she also got my order wrong, and when the wrong order came out at the pickup window, I mentioned this, and the server lady was very rude with me and told me I was wrong that I got the wrong order. If possible, I probably will never go to this McDonald's again.

  I am so disgusted with this location! Employees are rude and condescending, some don’t wear uniforms and look dirty…like they need to take a shower! I’ve seen them also not wearing gloves, being on their phones, just standing there and then proceed to touch food! Always dirty inside…..sticky floors with trash on floor and tables always have crumbs, ketchup and soda splattered everywhere! Today, they messed up on our order again. We ordered 2 large fries and what they gave us were half empty! The sandwiches were so small, the bread was bigger than the actual burger, on all 2 sandwiches. We had to open the sandwich to find the actual burger because we thought it was all bread. We noticed this when we got back. This happens all the time at this location! They never get our orders right and they have gotten so expensive! And not one person in here speaks a word of English! They are all scammers who just want to take our money!! They will most likely respond to this, like other locations, if you read their reviews, which is auto-generated, saying to contact corporate and explain to them what happened….BUT……mcdonald’s at 789 Main St in Waltham, Ma…..you all know, and I know, how UNACCEPTABLE THIS IS AND THAT IT HAPPENS EVERY SINGLE TIME! YOU MUST BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE!!! If you read mcdonald’s responses and at other locations, they are pretty much shrugging their shoulders, not accepting responsibility and saying, oh well, if you have a problem, contact corporate, not my problem! BUT IT IS YOUR PROBLEM!!!! You are all a disgrace!
