  Bug in food/Terrible response: My son and I stopped in for sandwiches today. JJ is my favorite spot and I was psyched it was on the way to our destination. Unfortunately, while in the car driving to our destination, eating the sandwiches, my son found a bug in his lettuce. I was driving so I couldn’t call right away or turn around. We did not eat our sandwiches obviously. Later in the evening, I called to let them know. They did not seem concerned at all that I found a bug in my sandwich and they did not offer to reimburse me for my meal. They offered me a credit for the one sandwich with the bug in it, which I refused. They asked for my order number, which I could not provide because they did not give me a receipt. But I told them the exact thing I ordered and the time that my credit card was charged. I was told that I called too late for a refund, even though it was only five hours later. It’s very much felt like they didn’t believe me. I’m really disappointed because I like Jimmy John’s. But I found a bug in my food, they weren’t concerned at all, and they treated me like I was lying. Hopefully they will address the issue of bugs in their food, but I’m not holding my breath. And I’m not going back.

  Smallest sub I ever received. Closed oven early so cold sub only option. Staff said it was hard to clean. Off to subway next time.

  So today stopped here on an unscripted stop. Got the Greek sandwich don't know how to hero. But this was absolutely magnificent made it exactly how I requested. Definitely will stop here again. Yummy

  Awful customer service! I work near and until today would buy subs for lunch weekly. I order the same sandwich. Today the toasted sandwich was soggy and not the same. I brought it back to the store to show them. I was told that’s the way it’s supposed to be and if they remake it’s going to be soggy again. You lost a customer! I know what the sandwich is supposed to be. I ordered it 100x times from across the street. Not going to spend $20 for a sandwich that sucks and then be told it’s supposed to suck. I feel bad for the owners. They would be appalled at the interaction.
