- AFAshley FitzgeraldMay 9, 20261.0honestly, don’t work in customer service if you hate customers. i did not sign up to do YOUR job. the guy working on May 9, 2026 at 7 pm was so rude to me because i asked him to remake my coffee, the same exact coffee i order every single day. i know the color of my coffee. and this one he made me was so light. i politely asked him to remake it. he slammed my coffee on his bar counter and said “FINE” i felt so unsafe because he was so angry with me.

The wake up wraps taste like they were pulled out of the cooker too early and have a weird char chemical taste to them, clean the ovens huh. And yall forgot my bagel. Haven't ordered dunkins in a long time and now I remember why. went on 1/17 around 11:50-12:00, what digusting food. I just saw another review where they left the donut racks outside with birds pooping on them, maybe I should contact the health board especially after that cleaning chemical tasting wake up wrap
