Orders a stuffed crust with EXTRA Sausage, peppers, onions, jalapenos and extra cheese. I get back to work and not only is there not extra sausage but no sausage at all. Its absurd to me that a simple 1 pizza order could be made incorrectly and furthermore, why offer a topping deal when clearly your associates can't handle orders with multiple toppings.

App said started making order by 11:16, and had 11:31-11:41 as expected pickup time. I get there at 11:35, only for it to just go in oven at 11:36. Okay, shouldn’t take that long right? No, they forgot to make one of my pizzas after I was waiting inside for 10-15min, so I had to wait another 10-15. Only received one update over the course of the 30+ min I was waiting. They had 5 people working and somehow my order took an hour to complete. There is no urgency because it took them 10 minutes to realize a pizza was missing from the order and no real rush to get working on it because it took several minutes to start it. I selected carryout for a quick food pickup before bed, and one hour carryout time is not what I was hoping. I was not surprised to come here and see this Domino’s has a significant amount of 1* reviews. Will be ordering from a different location from now on.
