    No bowls in the store?! No cheese shredded at 8 PM when you're open til 11? This location certainly didn't seem to be the well-oiled machine that I've known Chipotle to be for many years now. Do better. Seems staff may need training and you may need to replace your bosses with leaders. We left and had a much better experience in Woburn

    Absolutely disgusting experience at Chipotle Mexican Grill. There were no napkins available, none of the tables were clean, and the trash cans were so full that people had to pile garbage on top and around them. To make matters worse, the employees were rude and unhelpful. Also the EDM music was so loud we couldn’t hear each other speak.
