- GGGermanyApr 25, 20261.0They use AI to monitor your every movement at self checkout. If you look like you're stealing, they play back what you did and force an employee to come over to help. It's insulting and creepy.

- JJJesserMar 19, 20261.0When I went to pay today the only cashier was helping a woman out so I went to self checkout today, just needed a few things and wanted to scan and go on my way. As I’m standing there ready to pay an employee with a beard and glasses, didn’t catch a name, starts yelling to his co worker, “ You know what new social experiment I hate is when people see I have no one in line and continue to go self checkout. Like I’m sitting here waiting for human interaction and they still go to self checkout.” It was very obviously directed at me and made the everything very awkward. Felt very weird hearing that.
