  Ordered on the app thinking it would be an easier process…not the case. Good thing I checked the bag because my order wrong the first time and then got home and it was still wrong and my breakfast sandwich didn’t even have cheese on it. Very disappointed

  The donuts are good but coffee is soooo inconsistent it’s either great or so bad you can’t drink it. No middle ground. The ice coffee a lot of times is watered down since they dump hot coffee onto the ice. The egg sandwich’s are microwaved to death to a point the egg is pretty much leather. Been coming for years it’s convenient and prices are pretty good other than going to Cumberland farms in town.

  jumbo used to be one of our favorites. over the years it’s become less sanitary, the building is falling apart, and they are overpriced. i came in to order a breakfast sandwich during the weekend not too long ago, normally it is busy. the manager was also present this day, she hears the bagel and goes to grab it but not even with any paper or gloves. her barehands touched the bagel, before she approached to grab my bagel she had been exchanging money with other customers, touching the cash register many times, and grabbing trash from the floor. she didn’t even consider washing her hands before grabbing. to add on, the buildings ceiling is dripping? while waiting i had watched water drip onto the oven. looking at the ceiling it was completely soaked by some type of liquid? i was extremely uncomfortable knowing that the stores condition is not even being maintained. that freaks me out! for prices, adding an extra egg or extra cheese is a dollar more, adding any extra meat is 2 dollars more for any sandwiches, making it come out to almost 10$. they’re iced and hot coffees are a decent price. looking at the smoothies and infusions it’s almost 10 dollars based on what size you get?! i am utterly disappointed because i expected better.. most people think they are getting the prices up on the board but it is completely out dated. some of the items they no longer have displayed on the menu. jumbos donuts needs to be taken accountable i am disgusted, this is unprofessional and unacceptable.
