First off, rude staff! Ordered bacon, egg, and cheese on a croissant, and it was burnt to a crisp... Ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese wrap and got cheese only! I've never gone there and they got the order completely correct!

I'll give two stars because the owner or manager provides good service, but on two or three occasions when I tried to buy coffee, I was ignored for at least two minutes without even eye contact or a request to wait. You leave feeling bad! Luckily, there's a coffee shop on every corner!

Very bad customer service and my boyfriend got a coffee when ask for hot chocolate! No going back there the cashier gave us attitude!
I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experiences at this Dunkin' have been consistently disappointing. If there were an option to leave zero stars, I would strongly consider it.
This location is the most convenient stop on my commute to work, which is the primary reason I continued giving it chances. Unfortunately, the level of customer service has been consistently poor. Most staff members come across as unprofessional and unfriendly, with the exception of one male employee who is always courteous, respectful, and provides excellent service.
In addition to the customer service issues, drink quality is highly inconsistent. I frequently order a Daydream Refresher, and this location seems unable to prepare it correctly on a regular basis. More concerning is the handling of milk substitutions. I have a legitimate allergy to both regular milk and oat milk, yet I often feel as though requesting almond milk is treated as an inconvenience. Given that food allergies are a serious health concern, customers should never feel dismissed or receive less than the requested accommodation.
At this point, I will no longer be returning to this location. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and addresses both the customer service issues and the lack of consistency in food and beverage preparation. Customers deserve a welcoming experience, especially when health-related dietary needs are involved.
