I wrote the following review about a month and a half ago: "There is a Russian cashier named Natalia who placed a Russian flag on her name tag. The store's team leader is fine with this as her Constitutionally-protected right. Considering the current positical situation, I find this position not just politically tone-deaf, but morally reprehensible. I hope the store manager takes the appropriate steps to ensure that the store's customers don't mistakenly conclude that this Hannaford supports Russia in its aggression against Ukraine." For about a month afterward I didn't see Natalia at all. I started feeling bad about possibly getting her fired and removed my original review after it received the following response from the owner/manager: "Hi Paul, we understand the importance of being mindful of global events and their impact on our community. At Hannaford, we're dedicated to fostering an inclusive and respectful environment for all. If you would like to follow up, please contact our customer service team at 1 (800) 213-9040 or via our website at hannaford.com/contact so we can look into this. Your feedback is important, and we're committed to reviewing our practices to ensure they reflect our values and the diverse perspectives of our customers and employees." However, Natalia is now back, still displaying the flag.

This place is terrible! We’re shopping at Lunenburg or Nashua from now on. We usually do pickup. Our groceries are always missing items that are not listed as missing so we’ve been paying for a lot of groceries we never even receive. We placed an order for the weekend yesterday… all of my produce was moldy. There’s been a number of times we’ve asked the meat department here to cut a piece of steak for our smoker and always catch an attitude or are told they can’t. This is actually probably the worst Hannaford we have ever been. I do not suggest. It’s the equivalent of the market in pepperell.

Way too expensive and doesn't carry so many things that Market Basket does.

It’s a nice clean store with a small selection of goods a little pricey but good in a pinch.
