Could have just said give us a minute. Didn't need to add anything else. Drove off and went somewhere else.

I’ve been going to this location to ask for a singular blueberry donut and consuming it within 1 minute approximately every other day. Today I got two in my bag instead of one. Even the employees are helping to scratch the itch. This is my purpose.

While my bagel was toasting, the female employee preparing food was eating over the food preparation area and other customers’ food. She was wearing gloves and used those same gloved hands to place food into her mouth, with her fingertips going into her mouth, and then continued preparing customers’ food — including mine — without changing gloves. This is a clear food safety and SafeServ violation that could potentially make someone sick. I ended up throwing my bagel away and will not be returning. If you choose to go there, pay close attention to the food handling practices. Absolutely disgusting.

Anyway she responded to customers’ questions with a very impatient attitude. I was repeated my orders for the same meal set no fewer than three times, but she still yet seemed unable to grasp it. So I went through and confirmed each item with her once again. However the order I ultimately received was still incorrect. As I was in rush to get to work. I simply didn’t have enough time to wait for them to made a new order. I had no choice but to leave the food behind and depart. I sincerely hope that the manager will address these issues. If employees are experiencing negative emotions, they should make every effort not to let them spill over into their work, as doing so disrupts the daily lives of customers!
