- ATarianna thibeault1 day ago5.0I was pleasantly surprised with my experience at Taco Bell Swansea tonight. I was annoyed with the ai ordering as I had a special request for tacos and it wasn’t understood by ai. Staff quickly responded and assured my order was understood. It was a large order and all was well made and ready quickly. Also, both staff members I dealt with at the window were very nice, friendly, and made sure we had everything. Great job 👍🏻

Whether it’s a manager or a cook there’s absolutely no reason why FAST FOOD should be this hard to make. I ordered a late night meal on door dash.. 45 min before closing. It’s almost like whoever took care of this order can’t read. I hate being this person but seriously, get it together. Missing items, receiving an item i didn’t ask for and receiving ingredients I specifically didn’t ask for, a chicken quesadilla that looked like it had no business being called a CHICKEN quesadilla… if the tortilla called the ingredients a home it would be homeless from the lack of it — no sauce, a pinch of chicken and cheese. Maybe this as a sign from God that I shouldn’t waste my money on this BS.
