  I can’t speak to what it’s like inside since I haven’t been in, but the drive-thru is definitely a whole experience. They actually have an AI taking your order right at the drive-thru—up until it messes up and a real person has to step in to take over! It’s honestly kind of mind-blowing to deal with. Food-wise, it’s Taco Bell. Obviously, it’s not authentic Mexican food, but to be completely honest, pretty much anything tastes great when you're looking for something to eat that late at night. When it’s 1:00 AM after going out with friends, having a drive-thru open never fails.

  If I could, I’d give you zero stars unfortunately. I order frequently, definitely a regular DoorDash. Every. Single. Time. I order, it’s missing something. I never complain, because I get it, I’ve worked fast food. I called to ensure my food would come and they confirmed it would and it still didn’t. At this point for it to be EVERY time… it’s ridiculous. Very terrible service.

  I was pleasantly surprised with my experience at Taco Bell Swansea tonight. I was annoyed with the ai ordering as I had a special request for tacos and it wasn’t understood by ai. Staff quickly responded and assured my order was understood. It was a large order and all was well made and ready quickly. Also, both staff members I dealt with at the window were very nice, friendly, and made sure we had everything. Great job 👍🏻

  Did not give good customer service, was rude and unprofessional. Did not provide any sympathy and was un compassionate. Would not recommend to come again. Go to seekonk :/

  The AI order taking is frustrating. Yesterday we found a human hair in the burrito. Disgusting!
