The young kid that was working on 6/29/26 at 740pm rushed making the sandwich. There was barely any tuna on it all the vegetables were only in the middle of the sandwich. He should not be working in this industry if he doesn’t know how to make sandwiches.

I am not one to complain but being in customer service and having visited this location before the service and fees quality were below standards. I ordered a tuna with spinach, cucumbers and banana peppers. There was so little tuna that I had to open my sandwich to make sure they put it in. They also put 4 pieces of spinach some of which was wet/slimy and 2 banana pepper slices and 2 cucumber slices. I asked the girls at the counter for assistance and was told that was how it is.. no offer to fix the issue. So I basically ate bread for lunch. Also they were told there was no toilet paper in the bathroom..30 minutes later my mother went to use and still no toilet paper. When avoiding the girls at the counter that she had to use napkins.. they simply said we don't have anymore toilet paper and left it at that. No common send to put something in the bathroom for other patrons until they get their delivery. This is why subway is dying....I can go to another sub shop and get better sandwich for the money we spend and better service. So disappointing

I tried to contact the store via the chat feature to avoid a review - but was not able to post the entirety of my interactions at this location due to a 255 character limit. I will see if anyone reaches out to me. This location has been struggling for years, but being the closest to my home I usually go here. Today was no exception. We walked in around 4:45 (if we show up too late in the day they're always out of things so we came earlier than usual to avoid the issue). There was one kid working - very young, probably high school aged. This is the theme here at this location. One worker. Alone. Always. Every other location usually has at least 2 to 3 at any given time. And I do want to note that I don't blame the worker. These kids (they turn them over quick) are always alone and seem to lack training. They really don't know any better, or that they should not be alone. Major safety issue. Aside from all that, let's talk about today. We ordered three sandwiches. One being a footlong flatbread. The worker put one scoop of chicken dead center. A footlong is usually 2 scoops spread the length of the sandwich, just like a normal footlong. Then we asked for chipotle sauce. The bottle was empty and he tried banging it on the counter to get some out. I assume he did not want to leave the line to get a new one as he was alone and there was someone waiting in line behind us to order. He then toasted it, we asked for a couple toppings, and that was that. We would typically get sauce before and after toasting - but what's the point? He then proceeded to wrap this thing up like it was a wrap or burrito? I don't know. What I do know is we paid the price for footlongs and recieved half the amount of food we should have. I asked my fiance if he wanted me to say something - but honestly, we felt bad for the kid. Clearly not trained. Left to 'figure it out'. As someone who has an extensive background in food (at a GM / multi unit level) - to see this time and time again is just sad. Whoever the franchisee is - I hope you see this. And I hope you care enough about not just your business, but your workers. And act on it. No child should be left working alone day after day. What if they need to use the restroom? What if they get hurt? Major liability quite frankly. Again, I don't blame the worker. He was polite enough. Just didn't know what he was doing, and had no one to ask. I will be going to other locations moving forward. The lack of care of this location and it's staff from the owner says all I need to know about the care they put in to the business. And if you have a manager - they should take the time to train the team better before leaving them alone on a Saturday night.
