  Terrible service, always super slow even when we are the only customers in the building, workers are never working, always taking and standing around. Food is almost always cold after the 10-15 mimute wait.

  I waited in the drive through for 10 minutes, I said hello a couple of times but didn’t have an answer. Finally one lady came on extremely rude and swore to get out of her drive through or keep waiting. The other drive through lane kept moving so it didn’t make any sense as to why she had to be so rude. I will not be returning to this McDonald’s. Extremely unprofessional staff.

  Waited 7 minutes at counter for coffee, as I do every morning, no one came. So got in my car, drove through drive thru bought coffee there then went back inside to drink as I do. Offered refill as always do, female manager gave me grief saying I can't if I go thru drive thru even if no one WOULD served me inside. I'm disabled now temporarily in pain, leg injury, explained I can't stand at counter for that long a wait, they said "use app" but as computer savvy as I am it just doesn't work on all phones that easily or at all. Bad service, discrimination against Disabled person. I don't know what to say about this. But please stop the vulgar tones and swearing of the male in the corner who uses the F word several times a week and loudly. After all this is a restaurant, not a pool hall . Shamefully disgusting when some get up and have to leave because a man in the corner is shouting out Profanity across the restaurant, some days and no one stops him even though it's illegal. Call the police if you can't handle it. There's adults and young children that it causes harm to. Though they have to leave with their parents. Again, it was the older female manager that gave me greif, not the younger male manager.

  Stood at the counter for a solid 1-2 minutes before someone came over to take my order without a simple apology for any kind of wait. Doesn't ask me if I'm eating here nor was my order handed to me and I was expected to leap over a confused door dasher.
