  Strike 1- dominos driver ask if we wanted to add tip to credit card upon arrival which is unacceptable. Strike 2- both pizzas were squished to the sides of the boxes. Either driver stopped suddenly in car or she dropped or tilted the boxes. Not impressed with presentation. Strike 3- both pizzas were NOT hot, just warm. Driver did not have the pizzas in an insulated bag upon arrival. This is not our first time ordering from the Sudbury location. Very disappointed overall. Might have to try the Framingham location instead.

  I've been ordering from here for over a Decade. I don't know what changed on the last 6 months, but my last three orders have all arrived cold and wrong. Finally time to cut ties with this disaster of a franchise.

  It took 1.5 hrs for my pizza to arrive (I live 10 min from the location) and it arrived cold. I had even tipped!

  Bought brownies from this Domino’s and they were completely burnt and inedible. I called the store and they told me to come back, but since I was far I offered to send pictures. They said they “don’t have a contact number,” which makes no sense for a business. Really disappointing quality and customer service
