  This Sonic always gets my order correct, except for one thing. Every single time I order a chilled drink there is not nearly enough syrup in it. I have been to other locations and got the exact same drinks in the past and there was always enough syrup. I even started PAYING $2.50 extra for extra Blue Coconut syrup in my Ocean Water and there STILL wasn't enough. Sorry, everything else is always good but I'm genuinely just a lil annoyed and confused why there is never ever enough syrup. Not sure if it's just an issue at this location or if Sonic corporate started adding less syrups in their drinks. Either way I would love if this was corrected. My Ocean Water just tastes like sprite ):

  Please work on customer service. Girl who waited on me had the personality of a wet napkin. Shake was terrible.

  Drive thru is closed during day Not sure what is going on here it is dine-in only. This is a Sonic, renowned for its car-hop experience. Not here, and I wonder why it even tried.

  If I could give this location negative stars I would. To say this place sucks would be an understatement. Placed an order on the app for pick up at the stall only to find out that the stalls don’t have check in numbers anymore, tried to go inside to pick up my food, nope they’ve got the doors locked. Had to go thru the drive thru which is annoying but fine, after waiting for what seemed like an eternity I get home(Whitman) to find out my order is missing items that I paid for, missing sauces for nuggets, slush doesn’t have any of the add ons that doubled its price and the burgers and dogs have been smushed into the bag. $40 wasted. I try not to be vindictive, I hope this entire staff gets fired. If it was waffle house I would have fought them for this. I know I’m making jokes but do not waste your money here.

  Honestly, thought the place was closed down landscaping is overgrown in general overall look of neglect. Lights were on, and I did pull up to the drive-through, however, waited Several minutes at one point even asking, are you open saying hello several times with no response. when the girl came on, I had to ask if they were open, she said yes, and I ordered an all American hotdog with a Dr Pepper and tater tots. I had to repeat my order three times and finally on the fourth time she asked me questions. I simply drove away. I have absolutely no idea how this place stays open.
