- MRMridul RegmiJun 23, 20262.0I've only been going to this Dunkin because it's the closest one to my apartment, but at this point I'm done. Getting an order right seems to be hit or miss. Half the time the order is wrong, and even when they do get it right, the coffee is often barely warm. I've also seen drinks left sitting open on the counter while staff move on to other orders, which probably explains why the coffee is so often cold by the time it's handed out. There are also communication issues that seem to contribute to the mistakes. I've had multiple occasions where it was difficult to confirm or correct an order, and the end result was the wrong drink or food item. Everyone makes mistakes occasionally, but these problems happen so consistently that they feel more like the norm than the exception. It raises serious questions about the training and overall management of this location. Unfortunately, being close by is no longer enough reason for me to keep coming back.
