When I went to pick up the lights were already off and doors closed. A woman opened the door and told me that they have not received any orders and they were closed. Then continued to say there could be any resolution (at least a refund) until the next day. I will say I order 20 mins before closing & arrived 10 mins before, normally wouldn’t do that to avoid being an inconvenience to the staff but the order was placed, payment taken and I guess the staff decided they wanted to close before normal hours. Pretty sure they decided to simply not make my order on account of wanting to leave. I don’t believe they didn’t receive the order . Unfortunate- I was looking forward to trying this place, after this I’m all set from spending any other money there ever.

Unfortunately that’s where my recommendations stop. I’ve gotten chicken tenders twice now from this restaurant, and each time they’ve smelled so weird - like oven or metal - that the chicken is so off putting and I barely eat one full tender from my order. Thought I was going crazy after a second bad order so I looked up the restaurant….. needless to say these guys are doing something wrong and corporate needs to take a good hard look at whatever the hell these guys are doing.

With this in mind, if we create a new concept through our internal experts, and a talented customer/fan submits a substantially similar idea, determining who the originator of the wing-tastic idea is would be a challenge. To better protect ourselves as well as all of our fans out there, we must adhere to this strict policy which does not permit the review, consideration, or acceptance of such ideas from outside parties to avoid any confusion of ownership. Therefore, we encourage you not to send us unsolicited ideas.

Wingstop shall have no obligations concerning the submissions, including no obligation to review the submissions, return any materials, or acknowledge receipt of the submissions.
