  I have been to this location 4 times only because of the convenience of it proximity to my office. It is by far the slowest most unfriendly Panera I have been too. There are 8 visi le employees right now and I am the only patron. It has been 10 minutes and I still wait for a bagel with egg and bacon. Don't come here. It is a poorly run establishment.

  Everyone at this location was pleasant but I want to give a shout out to Anazia M. for her customer service excellence. She went over and beyond and I am truly satisfied with her service. You goooo girl!!!! 🙌🏼🙌🏼😊

  The fastest Panera I've been to, never had to wait long especially at the drive thru. They also offered me water when I pulled up because of how hot it is out today, which was really kind! A good Panera location!!

  Employees occupying the restroom for a long time with a phone on! loud! Btw, this was a male employee using women’s bathroom. Apparently female customers cannot use the bathroom without a purchase while other male walk-ins can ask for the bathroom code and be granted without question. Saw a customer refill their personal plastic water bottle at the soda fountain. NEXT!
