- MHMargaret HowesSep 11, 20262.0I ordered a Greek salad for pick up. The pick up was on time, but there was no bread in the bad, despite being checked. The Greek salad had no peppers and no olives. I attempted to call several times. The phone just rung. I have never had issues at this Panera before. It was disappointing. I likely won’t go back.

Each time it’s something different, giving me bread instead of chips, giving me the completely wrong sandwich, not giving me a straw for my pickup order, no napkins… it’s always something. The biggest slap in the face is the receipt “checked off for accuracy “ attached to my order. Do not recommend.
- ABAlex BrightAug 25, 20262.0I ordered tomato soup but was accidentally given chicken noodle soup. No big deal, when I pointed it out, the staff quickly replaced it with the correct soup. What concerned me was what happened afterward: I watched the employee pour the chicken noodle soup that had been served to me back into the main soup container. Returning food that has already been served to a customer back into the batch being served to everyone else shows a serious lack of understanding of basic food-handling practices. After seeing that, I felt pretty uneasy about eating my own food. The incorrect order wasn’t a big deal. The way the returned food was handled was.

There are 8 visi le employees right now and I am the only patron. It has been 10 minutes and I still wait for a bagel with egg and bacon. Don't come here. It is a poorly run establishment.
