AMAZING.
Went here with my boyfriend last year and we loved the food. Boyfriend and I broke up but I would still go back here, that's how good it was.

Amazing gem in Springfield! Stopped here for lunch on our drive through Springfield and loved everything we ordered. Delicious meals, and the matcha latte and coffee drinks are so good!!

Liberty’s Mediterranean Giant Grinders in downtown Springfield is an absolute gem. This has to be one of the cosiest, most laid back family restaurant I have ever visited!
After ordering, I loved wandering around as there is something fascinating to look at everywhere you turn. It is no surprise they have won award categories for best restaurant.
Following a long drive we were craving comfort food and ordered the Palestinian Lamb Maqluba (served with bread and butter), an Iced Coffee with cream and a Salted Caramel Latte.
The food arrived quickly and was piping hot and absolutely delicious. My only critiques were that the lamb was quite tough and hard to chew (though that didn't stop us from finishing it completely!) and my request for a tiny amount of ice in the latte was missed. It came out with way too much ice, which did not mix well with my sensitive teeth.
However the staff here are absolutely wonderful and despite a tricky downtown parking situation where meters were confusing, we will definitely be back!

I’m not one to leave reviews often but this place deserves one for sure the food was absolutely fire. Piping hot a ton of flavor and the portions were huge. It’s a family business which makes it all that much better and the people working were wicked nice especially to my son. The Lamb Maqluba is my personal recommendation.
