The service really annoyed me, they had given me half my MOBILE order and that I try to tell and show the employees my order on my phone, I had ordered 3 drinks, 1 order of hash browns, 1 sandwich, 2 boxes of 10 munchkins of 1 type of munchkin (20 munchkins each) and one chocolate donut. I got 1 one drink, the sandwich, hash browns. I still didn't get the 2 other drinks I ordered, the 2 boxes of munchkins and the chocolate donut. One of the employees asked "what was I waiting for?" Then gives one donut I didn't want.
They clearly didn't read or listen because I had shown them my MOBILE order. I never got the rest of my order. Plus I know the employee could look back at my order on screen if they were having trouble understanding. But they got order second order right because I walked in. So 2 Stars.

This Dunkin is my go to Dunkin. My order is always right and drinks made correctly. I mostly order ahead and my order is ready when i get there. They also have an ATM on the outside of the building nextdoor which is very convenient!
Zero ⭐️ my first & last time here. I ordered a latte and was also trying to get hashbrowns. I was told food was shut down because they were closing soon.. As a restaurant, everything should be able to be ordered during business hours.

I recently visited Dunkin’ after losing 80 pounds and allowing myself a rare cheat. I ordered bacon but was handed a plain donut instead. After returning to correct the order, I was given bacon that was cold and unpleasant—disappointing after trusting the staff a second time.
Inside the store, an employee handling drive-thru orders openly used inappropriate language to express frustration toward customers. This was unprofessional and uncomfortable to witness.
Mistakes happen, but repeated errors combined with poor attitude reflect a serious lack of service standards. Ownership should be aware—this experience fell well below expectations for even a basic order.
Its upsetting to give my money to an establishment that can care less about the service its providing. Here I am writing a review, sitting next to cold bacon, frustrated at myself. Foolish me for expecting anything less from this crew. Im not letting this be my forced angry breakfast, to the trash were it belongs. Ill take the loss and go out for something else.

I think Dunkin and I are in a long-term toxic relationship at this point. I keep coming back, and they keep reminding me why I shouldn’t.
My wife ordered a chai latte with almond milk. She took one sip and knew something was wrong, so she politely asked if almond milk was used. The response she got was, “Well she can read so I’m sure she did.” Bold energy for a drink that turned out to be… hot almond milk with zero chai in a chai latte.
Meanwhile my coffee showed up as cream with a suggestion of coffee and absolutely no Splenda. Which honestly might be on me for believing I could customize a two-ingredient drink successfully.
Mistakes happen. I get it. I’ve messed up orders in my own life. But the confidence level compared to the accuracy level here was incredible. If attitude counted as flavoring, our drinks would’ve been perfect.
I’ll still be back, because apparently I enjoy emotional damage with my caffeine. But this visit deserves recognition.
