Half my cup be cold foam and the latte itself tastes like shit. It’s only rare I’ve had it made correctly. Today I went back and had a shitty latte remade and they literally remade it in the same cup and it taste worst than the first one. I used to go to this Dunkin everyday. I’ve dealt with them making my latte wrong every single time but today is the last straw. I will not be returning. If they wasn’t at work high then maybe I could get a decent latte. And the people taking the orders drive thru are rude and rush you through your order so it’s no wonder they can’t get an order correct. And some very tall skinny boy was in there scratching his face with gloves on. Like I just can’t deal gross.

The other drink I ordered also had barely any ice. When I asked for them to be remade, I was told to come inside. After going in, the drinks were remade, but unfortunately still not prepared correctly. I also noticed that one of the employees was talking on the phone while working on our order, which came across as unprofessional. Overall, this was a disappointing experience, and I would not return to this location.

Some of the workers where nice, others just look miserable. I would drive farther just to go to a different one. Also I have been getting coffee for YEARS from dunk, they gave me one with layers of foam at the top and I asked if it was cold foam, (which i didnt order) she stated it came from the bar tap. W.e that means. Never again.
